Delivering Hampers

We deliver gift boxes all over Australia using Sendle and Australia Post.

All gift boxes are despatched within 1-2 business days from order date. Orders made on Fridays, Weekends and Public Holidays will be sent the next business day.

We offer free delivery over $100, with a flat rate fee of $9.95 on all other others. We also offer express shipping for a flat rate of $14.95.

Once your order has been placed, it can not be edited or altered, so please choose carefully before finalising your order.

Please ensure you have entered the correct name and address when filling out personal details, as we are not liable for any lost or undelivered parcels. 

If you have made an error with your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible, as we will make the necessary changes if the order has not been despatched. 


Tracking Orders

Once your order has been packed and sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you are able to track your hamper to its delivery address.


Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times can vary due to different circumstances (public holidays, holiday periods and severe weather) and these times can be extended. If you need your gift box by a certain date, we suggest ordering in advance or choosing express shipping to avoid disappointment.

Please note that as our studio is based in Melbourne, Victoria, orders that are sent to WA, NT or regional areas may take an extra day or two, so please allow extra time for orders to be delivered. 

Once the parcel has left with either Sendle or Australia Post, we have no control over late deliveries or missing parcels. While we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit, we will do our best to asisst you in tracking your hamper and escalating it further should your hamper become lost.



All our sales are final. We do not accept any returns or refunds unless the products have been damaged. If your order has been damaged, please email us at within 48 hours of recieving your Kowe Gift Box, with your details, order number and photographic evidence of the damaged goods.
