Products and Boxes

 

Can I swap out items for other products?

Every gift box in our Pre-Made Boxes has been carefully curated to suit different occasions. Because of this, you won't be able to swap in or out any products in the boxes. However, you can definitely create your own gift boxes through our Create Your Own selection to suit your needs!

Is there a gift card included in each box?

Absolutely! If you would like to add a gift card to your order, you can pick from our gift card collection and write your messgae in the notes box at check out, and we will sort out the rest!

Is there a minimum amount of products that I can order in my gift box?

No minimum amount! You can add any amount of products to your gift boxes.

What is my gift box wrapped in?

Each of our white magnetic gift boxes are filled with filling and tissue to not only look amazing, but to also protect the products inside. Outside is wrapped with our signature white satin ribbon. Our gift boxes are sent in a outer shipper box with filling to further protect the box.

Can I place an order of products without ordering a gift box?

Absolutely! You can order just the products alone without the gift box, and will be sent in a normal shipper box, with each product wrapped for protection in transit.

I would love to make a bulk order of gift boxes - how can I do this?

If you are looking to purchase multiple gift boxes, send us an email at kowegifts@gmail.com and we will get in touch with you to create the perfect gift boxes for you!

What sizes are the gift boxes?

We have two sizes of our White Gloss Magnetic Gift Boxes:

  1. Mini Gift Box - 240mm W | 210mm L | 60mm H
  2. Original Gift Box - 340mm W | 260mm L | 90mm H

My order is a gift, do you include any receipts in the order?

Don't worry, we won't include any receipts, packing slips or prices in any of our gift boxes. If you would like a reciept for yourself, please email us at kowegifts@gmail.com with your details and order number and we will send that to you seperately.

Can youu create corporate or event boxes?

Absolutely! If you are planning an event, or want to gift your employees with some gift boxes, please email us kowegifts@gmail.com with your details, company, budget and what products you would like to incorporate. We will do our best to assist you with your enquiry!

 

Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship it from our little studio in Scoresby, Melbourne.

How much is shipping?

Kowe Gifts have free standard shipping on order over $80. 

All orders under $80 have a standard shipping rate of $9.95.

We also offer express shipping for a standard rate of $14.95.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to every part of Australia!

Can I send the gift box to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to send to PO Boxes due to the nature of our products.

How long after placing my order will my gift box be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after order has been made. Any orders made over a public holiday or weekend will be fulfilled the next business day.

When will my gift box arrive?

It all depends on the destination - Orders can take anywhere between 1 to 5 business days. Please keep in mind that deliveries to more remote location will take longer to be delivered. If you need your gift box by a particular date, we recommend order in advance or choosing express shipping at check out.

Can I order my gift box for a specific date?

At the moment with the state of deliveries and it's potential for delay, we are unable to have gift boxes delivered on a particular date. 

My gift box is marked as delivered by the recipient hasn't recieved it?

Please double check your or your recipient's home, as it might just be hiding somewhere safe! 

If the gift box is no where to be found, please get in touch with us at kowegifts@gmail.com and we can help assist in finding where your gift box is.

I made a mistake with the delivery address, can I change this?

Please double check your addresses before placing your order, as we are not liable for any gift boxes that are not sent to the correct address. 

If you have realised your mistake as soon as you have made your order, please contact us as soon as possible at kowegifts@gmail.com so we can change the address before it is sent out.

 

Cancellations and Refunds

What do I do if one of my products was damaged?

We do our absolute best to make sure your gift boxes are packed with care to avoid your products from getting damaged. However sometimes this happens! If you find one of your products damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of recieving your product at kowegifts@gmail.com or through our contact page with a photo of the product, and we will respond as soon as possible.

What is your refund policy?

Once an order has been made, the sale is final. We do not accept any refunds or returns, unless a product has been damaged during transit. Orders can not be changed as well once the order has been placed, so please double check your order before finalising your purchase.
